I am interested to know how safe it is to take the patch into 3.5.13.1.
It does not affect the calls using DCOP?

In theory it *should* be safe. In practice, failures can occur even if ABI compatibility guidelines were followed perfectly. Try it and see if anything crashes! :-) The only potential crash candidate I can think of *might* be kpowersave. Tim (Odpověď na komentář #5)

I integrate commit 193d9afc into 3.5.13.1 and it looks good. Nothing crashes. kpowersave also works well. Well done - thank you.
