The incorrect references to kdm were fixed in this tde-packaging commit: http://git.trinitydesktop.org/cgit/tde-packaging/commit/?id=1935fb88e1db6859c5130b554114c59a7853fdf4 The idea behind the distrc file was that various distributions would no longer have to divert or delete the default tdmrc file when theming or default settings packages were installed. Would a note in the tdmrc file, warning that the tdmdistrc file will be preferentially read, help to clear the confusion? Tim, no response from the original reporter. I'm not a Debian user and don't understand the issue completely. Should we close as WORKSFORME or do you want to add the comment in the default tdmrc file and then close as FIXED? Sorry - missed Tim's comment first time around. Given that the references to kdm have been sorted a comment in tmdrc would be sufficient to stop people getting confused so easily. Put the comment in and mark as fixed. Thanks. Note added to default tdmrc file in GIT hash 8a865f7. Thanks for reporting! |
