By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I suggest the following changes in file associations (in Konqueror: Preferences > Configure Konqueror)
* Kwrite instead of Kate for plain-text files - I think Kwrite is simpler
* Iceweasel instead of Konqueror for HTML files

The suggestion to change kate to kwrite is reasonable but probably should be voted upon by the community.

The inclusion of Iceweasel is distro-specific and can't be guaranteed to be installed. Changing the defaults is straightforward in KControl -> TDE Components -> Component Chooser -> Web Browser. Distro packagers who include IceWeasel could change the defaults when creating packages.

I am closing this bug.
As Darrell pointed out, Iceweasel is not used by all.
As for kwrite, I think many people prefer Kate, being more powerful (for example I don't use KWrite at all).
Users can still change the association to thei prefer application manually.
I am closing this bug.
