Bump. This is actually becoming a blocker for me. Any help? Do you have a link for the latest KDE3 source code tarball? A quick Google search only gave me the KDE4 version. Thanks! Sources are here: http://www.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/~fischer/kbibtex/download.html I also have source rpm, just in case. Created attachment 1128 [details]
kbibtex 0.2.3 : fix build on TDE 3.5.13.2
With the attached patch, I'm able to build kbibtex 0.2.3 with Trinity 3.5.13.2 .
I will provide it as an "extra" (unsupported) package for RPM distributions, when 3.5.13.2 is available, or if it becomes officially part of TDE.
Would it be possible to publish the .deb file also? I'd like to avoid installing trinity development libraries if possible. Please, does anyone have experience with version 0.2.3.91? Or we will ignore this beta2 and take into GIT latest stable - ie 0.2.3? I think that the beta version was prepared with KDE4 in mind and we should ignore it. Latest stable should be perfectly fine. I just checked and the version I have installed on my old KDE3 is mareked as snapshot-1004. The requested package was added to the TDE. I noticed that on Debian was used 0.2.3.90, so I used the latest version of this branch => 0.2.3.91. Many thanks for fixing this! |
