By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Patch to provide GUI check box control

The TDM login manager configuration file, tdmrc, supports a "hidden" feature called AllowRootLogin. The default setting is false.

In KControl there is no GUI check box control for this option. Changing that option requires using a text editor.

The attached patch provides the check box.

The patch works fine for me. Remember that this patch does not enable root access in TDM, but only provides a KControl GUI check box control for a "hidden" feature that already exists.
