By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

This one has been around at least since the KDE 3.5 days.

When I suspend my computer with a CD already in the CD drive, I will get the autostart menu upon resuming once the CD spins up. This can be quite annoying, especially if I suspend/resume several times within one day.

I am fine with if the CD tray is left open at the time of suspend, and then closed before or after resume, and having the autostart menu appear. It is when the tray is already closed when suspending that needs to be fixed.

Setting a variable with an ID string from the CD should suffice -- then TDE can check the ID of the CD against the variable when resuming and choose whether to show the menu (ID doesn't match) or to not show the menu (ID does match).

I have not yet tested on R14 (I'll be able to in a week or two), but it is confirmed still present on 3.5.13.1.
