By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Hello 

In Debian Squeeze, TDM (Trinity Desktop Manager) causes the appearance of artifacts specially in LXDE, but also in TDE and XFCE. For example, causes the appearance of white random artifacts in the LXDE panel (appear shortly after start session, while in TDE or XFCE take longer to appear). Changing to GDM-2, all works fine (even TDE works better).

I installed on my virtual test machine LXDE (this is the first time I try it) and I do not see any artifacts. What is your video card and drivers?

It is possible that it has the same basis as Bug 1245, Bug 1226, Bug 668?

As previously noted, this looks like a duplicate of bug report 1245.

The recommend solution is to use the new GUI check box in kcontrol or to manually edit tdmrc to add the following:

[X-:*-Core]
TerminateServer=true

Please reopen if this report is not a duplicate of 1245.
