Left panel in kcontrol contains no modules (completelly empty).

How to reproduce:
* Install debian squeeze using debian-6.0.6-amd64-netinst.iso (or any other CD's or arch's)
* add lines to /etc/apt/sources.lst

* start X server (Run startx from terminal)
* start /opt/trinity/bin/kcontrol

Kcontrol window will be without any modules in the left panel.


How I usually fix it:
Google about empty kcontrol and xdg-dirs and launch code snippets at random.
Last time this code make kcontrol work:
