I am aware of the feature you are describing (in fact I use it quite often). On my systems the columns referenced are always shaded. Perhaps your TDE color palette has been set in such a way that the column is not shared? I tested this with a fresh profile and saw the shading. As you queried, something must have happened to my configuration or color palette because I was not seeing any shading. Future note: the feature is cleverly hidden at Settings->Fonts & Colors->Additional Elements->Left border background. Fixed. I'll return to being fat, dumb, and happy. Or at least one of the three. :) Marking invalid. |
