The Crash window appears after a program crash, tdesvn in this case.
Clicking on the 'backtrace' tab starts the de-bugger but the process hangs leaving the window without graphical updates. Top shows

The window may be closed but only after a timeout where one gets a dialog explaining that the process is not reponding, terminate?

I suppose this is fixed in commit c12a32ae (tdebase).
Please wait for a tdebase build newer than r1097.

The TDE crash handler has (unfortunately) been invoked on several different systems here since the fix went in to GIT with no hangs observed.  Marking this report as RESOLVED FIXED.
