By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

After plugging in my laptop, KPowersave stops providing updates on my battery, and top shows KPowersave's CPU usage hovering around 100%. I have to kill it via "KDE System Guard" then rerun it to continue getting updates.

This does *not* happen when unplugging.

Added note: I cannot confirm this on R14, I do not have a spare laptop or spare partition. It may be worth having someone using the nightlies confirm this.

It's possible, however two things to consider:

1. I'm using CentOS with Kernel 3.10.x (Debian is very unstable on this laptop).
2. Bug #1290 appears to be closed (though I didn't check if it was resolved).

This was likely fixed in the partial rewrite of kpowersave when it became tdepowersave for R14.  Marking as such.
