By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Kaffeine kcrash output

Whenever I try to open a video in Kaffeine, the program crashes.
Rarely I'm able to open a video and run it, but moving forward or backward, or wait until the end, the program crashes again.

To reproduce the bug, open any video file from Konqueror.

I'm using Debian wheezy with TDE 3.5.13.2.

I attached the kcrash debug file.

I tested Kaffeine in TDE nightly-builds on Debian Wheezy and I have not noticed any problems. With TDE 3.5.13.2 on Debian Squeeze also have not noticed any problems.

Unfortunately, now I do not have a test machine with TDE 3.5.13.2 on Debian Wheezy.

Please, can you install package amarok-trinity-dbg and record the backtrace again?

During further testing TDE R14 (nightly-builds), I noticed a crash with video encoded ATSC A/52. But as I tested crash occurs also in xine-ui => bug is not in kaffeine.

Please, can you verify whether, in your case, the video is encoded ATSC A/52?

I attach the output of exiftool with all the informations of the video.
The problem, however, occurs at random but very often time, on rare occasions I can open the video and run it for a few minutes or seconds ...
Using other players, such as Mplayer I have no problem.

Please, can you try to play using xine-ui?
If xine-ui will play it successfully or also crash.
