By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

This error/warning message was first reported in bug 1655. To facilitate tracking and debugging, this message has been moved to this new report.

To trigger this message:

* Open Konsole and run: tail -f ~/.xsession-errors

* Open Konqueror

* Cut (not copy) a file from one directory to another

This does not seem to happen any more. I am closing the bug for the time being.
Reopen if you can replicate again.
