By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The following KControl modules do not provide Help button access to respective help handbooks.

    AdBlock Filters
    CGI Scripts
Peripherals

  Audio CDs
  CDDB Retrieval
  Sound System
System Administration
  Font Installer

Regarding AdBlock Filters:
The Help button is missing in kcontrol and is disabled in Konqueror settings. tdehtml_filters.desktop contains the correct DocPath=/kcontrol/tdehtml/index.html#tdehtml-adblock and the link is good.

Regarding Printers:
A disabled Help button is available in Administrator Mode. Help should be available to all users. The handbook is inconsistently hidden in the Documentation drop-down button.

Regarding Font Installer:
A disabled Help button is available in Administrator Mode. Help should be available to all users. Also refer to bug 1882.

With the recent overhaul of the help handbook system, all KControl modules now have a help handbook.

For all modules with missing or disabled help buttons, the respective help handbooks are accessible through the help handbook table of contents.
