By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

all the versions of programs in SVN should currently be 3.5.12 (or 3.5.11), shouldn't they?
eg. I read here on the about window of kicker: kde panel 3.5.10 on Trinity 3.5.11 . Is it correct?

Yeah, I noticed this too. All the about dialogs have 3.5.11 instead of 3.5.12...

Specifically for kicker this has been fixed, and I think it has been fixed in 
most places over time. I am going to close this bug.

With ongoing work renaming TDE, any new issues related to version numbers / 
naming should be reported in new bugs.
