By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The tellico source 1.3.2.1 in TDE is old (2008). I have contacted the author, Robby Stephenson and he advised that the latest kde3/qt3 tellico build is 1.3.6 and is available at:

  http://tellico-project.org/files/tellico-1.3.6.tar.gz

The 1.3.6 code is also available in the tellico git repository under the branch/tag v1.3.6 at:

  git clone git://anongit.kde.org/tellico

We need to move the latest source into the tde tree and we should consider looking at a tqt3 type port/patch for the current tellico source to port the current kde4/qt4 source to build on TDE. The current version of tellico 2.3.8 contains numerous functional improvements and additions over the 1.3.6 code. However, the 1.3.6 code also contains improvements over the 1.3.2 code currently in the TDE tree.

Tellico is an ongoing, active project and it would be nice to take advantage of its continued development in TDE.

Patch to update Tellico to version 1.3.6 is ready.

Compared to a change in the upstream I put into a comment: dcopinterface_DCOPIDLNG = ALL, because on my test machine caused FTBFS. 

Please test it.

Fix missing detection TQTDCOPIDLNG was easy.
At the same time fixed detection poppler-tqt.
