By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

In the panel Menus configuration, there is an option "Open menu on mouse hover." When enabled that option should select the respective kickoff menu when the mouse pointer hovers over the button, not needing to click the button.

This option does not always function. On two different systems often I can hover the mouse pointer all day long over a button and the menu does not change.

Confirmed. The behavior seems to be kind of random.
