By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

When ruby is upgraded to a new version, configure scripts need to be updated (for examples see commits 767de3f and 77fd95d).
It would be better to find an automated way of detecting ruby's version, which does not required modifying scripts with each release.

Also related to this, the build logs are populated with messages such as:
-e:1:in `<main>': Use RbConfig instead of obsolete and deprecated Config.
Would be nice to get rid of them as well.

One way around is to use Ruby's command "RbConfig::CONFIG" instead of "Config::MAKEFILE_CONFIG".

EG:
- ruby -rrbconfig -e "puts Config.expand( Config::MAKEFILE_CONFIG['MAJOR'] )"
+ ruby -r rbconfig -e "puts RbConfig::CONFIG.fetch(%q(MAJOR))"
