By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Description Kristopher 2014-10-30 11:09:53 CDT
Twice today, the applications submenus on the TMenu (the ones that appear under "All Applications") disappeared. Both times, I had to do a full reboot to make the menus reappear, a simple re-log did not make the menus reappear.

Today is the first time this bug has appeared, after an update to the latest nightlies as of 30 October 2014 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Nightlies are still rebuilding (around 35% complete); archive is in flux at the moment. If this persists in R14 RC1 then I would be concerned, but right now I suspect tdebuildsycoca just needs to rebuild the configuration database on your system (hence the reboots fixing things).

Next time try to run:
tdebuildsycoca --noincremental
and see if the problem is fixed without reboot.

This is very weird. I never experience this problem in 6 years of TDE.
Is this still happening?
