By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

A dist-upgrade from a clean 3.5.13.2 install to R14 RC2 fails as follows:

dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/pytqt-tools_4%3a14.0.0-r51-0debian7.0.0+pr20_i386.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man1/pyuic.1.gz', which is also in package pyqt-tools 3.18.1-6debian7.0.0+0

It would take a day or two of work to build a 3.15.13.2 system and see if this problem still exists when upgrading.

However I note that the current 4:14.0.5-0debian9.0.0+0 pytqt-tools from PSB still contains /usr/share/man/man1/pyuic.1.gz and that it does not Breaks or Replaces pyqt-tools so I would expect that the problem still exists.
