By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

The HTML5 spec has been in development for several years, and was released as a W3C recommendation earlier this year. Since more and more people will want to use HTML5, it may be worth adding HTML5 support to Quanta, as well as tag checking to ensure that people aren't using HTML tags no longer supported in HTML5.

There are no enough resources to work on adding HTML5 support. Sorry about that.
