By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Ensure messaging is enabled before starting TDE (mesg y).

Open konsole and run the 'mesg' command. The result will be 'n'.

Open xterm and the result is 'y'.

While the command 'mesg y' can be inserted in the user's bash profile, not all users use bash and that method is not global.

I tested this in Slackware 14.1 and Fedora 21.

Disabling the TDE Write Daemon and restarting had no effect.

Note:

Boot into the command line (no login manager).
Ensure mesg y is set.
Start Trinity with startx.
Exit Trinity.
mesg will be n.
