Darrell, just to make sure we are talking about the same thing. Example is Trinity Control Center -> Regional & Accessibility -> Accessibility -> "Bell" tab: clicking the help button opens the related help page, but not at the top of the page. Is this what you meant? This should only happen for multi-tabbed pages and the reason is that for each tab we try to open the help page at the related paragraph. That was intentional. This is something different then, I guess must be related to the changes that Tim introduced to handle multi tab pages. I will work on this during the week. Try this: * Open KHelpCenter. * In the Contents tab, open any application handbook. * Select a different application handbook. Or: * Open Konqueror. * From the Help menu, select Help. * Select the Next link two times to view Chapter 2 Konqueror Basics. * At the bottom of the page, select the Home link. The handbooks open at top heading and not the top of the page. (In reply to Darrell from comment #4) Thanks Darrell The problem was introduced by commit 687b1460 which address bug 2188. Commit 1329f47 (master) and c656ead (r14.0.x) solve the problem, while at the same time keeping bug 2188 happy. Built a new package set today. This small paper cut is gone. Thanks. :) |
