By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Sometimes, after locking the session and restore, the kicker menu is not usable, open applications buttons or K menu cannot be used.
While doing this, only iceweasel and xchat were open, on my Debian 8, this is the first time.
I encountered this bug also on Linux Mint 17 a lot of times.

Applications running before lock/unlock work?
Desktop icons work?
Kicker applets work?

Can you also try
ps aux |grep kdesktop
from a terminal and report what you get?
