I just tried all the icon themes on my system (Crystal SVG, iKons, Kids, Slick Icons, TDE-Classic, and TDE-LoColor). They all display their own version of a "generic icon" for the CentOS and System desktop icons. (the CentOS icon should represent a CD-ROM) Is this still happening with newer versions? |
Created attachment 2556 [details] Screenshot of this bug After upgrading from R14.0.0 -> R14.0.1, I noticed that two of my desktop icons were replaced by generic "empty window" icons, when previously they were displaying the correct icon. Ignore the "Kindle.lnk" icon in my screen shot, that was already displaying the generic icon prior to upgrade (it seems to be a weird bug in WINE to add two shortcuts and give only one an icon).
