By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs

Hi,

I made a new splash screen for TDE, and I wonder if it could be added to the list of available splash screens.
I named it Architecture, and it is not designed to be everyone's taste, because it looks more like what is available for KDE Plasma 5.

System requirement:
-Widescreen monitor (will work on classic monitor, but may look distorded)
-TDE R14.0.2 or newer
-You may use File-Roller to extract it

I will also make another bug report concerning the quality of the background picture, once resized, which is quite rough.

Alex,
I finally got some time and I am coming back to this bug report. I am looking at adding it to the R14.1.x main trunk repository.
Can you confirm that all the content of the linked zip file if either the result of your own work or material available under GPL licence? If so, I will add the splash screen to the list of available ones and sign it off as your contribution.

PS: the splash screen is quite nice, it brings a little of "modernity" style.

Hi Michele,

Yes, the base background picture is from a gpl picture found on kde-look.org, with icon form the masalla icon theme (now gpl) and part of code from the old Moodin splash.

But if the bug 2555 could be solved, it would improve -a lot- the appearance of this splash screen.

Yes, you can delete this duplicata, it has benn made because of TDE's server issues.

Added to R14.1.x series as commit 8c23213 (main) and 9a4968b (packaging).
This theme will NOT be added to the R14.0.x series since it is a new feature.
