By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Every time I log in to AIM from Kopete, I get the following message from the AIM chat service:

(20:37:26)  aolsystemmsg:  Hello. The version of AIM you’re using is going away as of March 15. To continue using AIM, please download the latest version here.

I immediately get booted off the service.

Miranda NG recently updated their AIM support. I don't use Miranda in any of it's variants, so I don't know if it works or not. A link to the relevant post on their bug tracker, which contains links to the relevant code updates in their revision control system:

I have yet to see links from other instant messaging protocols stating they've updated support.

With AIM shutting down in December 2017, this bug will soon be invalid: with no AIM service to connect to, AIM protocol support won't work even if it is fixed. I am marking this bug RESOLVED INVALID because of that.
