FTBFS in tdecore because missing link library:

Hi Francois,
is this patch still required?
There has been quite a bit of work done in TDE about 2 years ago for openSSL 1.1 support and several proxy functions were added. Currently tdelibs builds fine in debian-like distros without the mentioned patch.
Please advice.
