By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I thought there was already a bug report for this, but I can't find it ...
Currently, tdebase cannot be built if tdelibs was built without tdehwlib support.
E.g: older Linux distributions (RHEL 5) and certainly all BSD variants.

Rising priority to blocker because tdebase is mandatory for using TDE.

Hi Francois,
there was a similar bug for tdebindings (see bug 2494).
Can you check if bug 2494 is still happening and update back on that thread?

this was fixed in commit 8b79083f9 and commit 9f7d03556 about a year ago. So I am closing this bug.
