I have an observation that font size in the tray seems to depend on DPI. I find this confusing because I would expect font size to be relative to and dependent only on the icon size. |
Created attachment 2731 [details] tray icons A while ago I reported a problem where font used on tray icons by KMail and Akregator was to small (#1251). That problem was resolved in R14. I just upgraded to R14 only to realize that now the font on my machine is way too big. See attached picture, where the digit "3" does not fit on the icon and gets cropped. Note however that when a two-digit number is displayed the font size is correct. Perhaps it would make sense to allow user to control the font size on these icons in the system tray?
