You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

It can be assumed that programs depending on libtity-0.99 will depend directly on the /usr/lib/libtidy-0.99.so.0 file instead of symlink /usr/lib/libtidy.so. Therefore, overwriting the /usr/lib/libtidy.so file should not cause serious complications. The most feasible solution could be to force overwrite:

sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite tidy-5.4.0-64bit.deb
