By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Kid3 is an ID3 tag editor for music (e.g. MP3s, etc.), intended for KDE and/or Qt. I'm not sure if the recent versions still support KDE3 or not (I doubt it still will), but the changelog on the website lists December 2007 as when support for newer KDE versions began, so that may be where to start for porting it to TDE. The problem could be in either back-porting newer features, or forward-porting KDE3/TDE support.
