By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Twin with windows decorations Crystal, with transparent background with blur and effects enabled freezes the whole environment for a couple of seconds, up to 10 or so, when switching virtual desktops, most likely re-grabbing and re-rendering the background image.
With blur and effect amount both set to 0, the freeze is much shorter, a fraction of a second, but still noticeable.

Looks very similar to 2182 but that doesn't mention any configuration options.

I guess twin shouldn't re-render the background every time the desktop is switched and if yes, it should do it in a way that doesn't block anything (re-use the existing images from before the desktop change until the new images are generated?)

Seen on Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS, trinity R14.0.6
