By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Initial summary:
employ secure server (DMARC email authentication) for list mail

Virtually all my @lists.pearsoncomputing.net list mail is being intercepted by my Earthlink.net ISP's anti-spam system, diverted into a "Known Spam" folder, breaking the normally conversational nature of list traffic with an indeterminate delay. Unless and until I use my provider's web mail service to enter its "Known Spam" folder and mark individual messages as not spam they would eventually be deleted without me having known about them. As shown by the Facebook, Google and Yahoo images at the opensuse.org URL above, at https://mxtoolbox.com/ MX Lookup must show green on the DMARC test results for the diversion to be avoided. The ISP has explained that it is not unique in this requirement, expecting all legitimate email providers to utilize a "secure server" in the near future.
