By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

inconsistent kicker configuration panel exit

The kicker configuration panel has 5 main sections: arrangement, hiding, menus, appearance and taskbar. At the bottom in each there are the same 5 buttons: help, defaults, OK, apply and cancel. Only in the menus section, clicking apply closes the whole panel. So doing should either apply in all of them, or in none of them. That apply ever closes the panel is unnerving and unexpected.

This is not new, and occurs in Debian, Ubuntu, openSUSE, Mageia and Fedora at least.
