By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

For the X2go project I started working on Trinity integration into the Python X2go client PyHoca-GUI. For starting trinity on a remote X2go server I need an application/script in $PATH that can do the job.

Suggestion:

Add a symlink in /usr/bin/ with the name starttrinity that points to /opt/trinity/bin/startkde.

Isn't this a localized packaging issue rather than a TDE issue?

Also, the proposed startkde (bug report 675), contains a $PATH test and adds $PREFIX/bin to the search path if not already set. A sym link would be unecessary.

As mentioned in comment 1, much work has been performed in the starttde (nee startkde) script to avoid $PATH issues. Closing due to lack of response and age.
