By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Right now large square images are by default stretched.  This doesn't work well at all with a square image and a 16:9 display.  As square displays are exceedingly rare, it is unlikely that any square wallpaper images are meant to represent the size of the screen.  I do, however, have some 1024x1024 square wallpaper images that are meant to tile.
