By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

qt3 applications crashes if qt3 compiled with one libjpeg version and runs with another. 

What is expected: error message should be printed.

How to reproduce:
1. build qt with one libjpeg version eg 7.0
2. run it with version 8.0
3. ???????
4. PROFIT!!!!
