By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Initial Qt3 patches have been committed to GIT in hash bfb8895.

I am somewhat unclear on the files located here:

Does that qtkdeintegration folder need to go into kdebase/, with the appropriate build system modifications to kdebase/?

yes they need to go to kdebase dir with the proper mods

contains the whole suse kdabase package 

there are all mods suse hase done for kdebase (also some suse specific)

This feature has been integrated into Trinity for the 3.5.13 release.
