By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Please see the attached file. Not high priority but wasn't here a while back (not sure which SVN release didn't have it). This is not present on KDE 3.5.10 though, that I'm sure. This is also not a bug with the background image.

I'm not seeing this on my system (GIT). I wonder whether this is a theme related problem? Or a panel configuration.

Does this bug still exist for you? If yes, please share what theme, colors, desktop options you have.

Possibly experiment on your own system to observe whether the dots appear all the time or only some of the time.

I also have never seen those white dots on my system.
I am closing this bug report as invalid.
