By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

TDE notification popups pop up in random locations, making it hard for the user to establish an autonomous memory for popup dismissal, and resulting in accidental clicks to unintended on-screen targets.

An option should be provided to use a notification stack in one corner of the screen.  Part of this code is present in the TDE DBUS notification daemon, but should be integrated into the core popup system.
