By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I followed the instructions on this website to add the repositories and install trinity-desktop in Kubuntu 11.10, but got the above error.

'apt-cache search trinity' brings up a list of all the Trinity packages, but I am unable to install the whole desktop.

I have searched, but not been able to find this error having been reported before.

I have the same problem with Xubuntu 10.04. (Almost) all the packages are "404 Not found" or "Forbidden". Is there something wrong with the server pearsoncomputing.net?

This would have been related to the external (uidaho) mirror failure early this year.  These problems have long since been resolved via the creation of a new redundant mirror system for TDE.
