By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

Hello, under RHEL 5, RHEL 6 and Ubuntu Oneiric, and certainly any distro, the Keramik window decorator for TDE 3.5.13 does not work correctly.
When choosing it, windows look unmanaged (no decoration). Switching back to another decoration works fine.

Same for me on Debian Squeeze, TDE 3.5.13 (no other desktop installed) under Virtualbox 4.1.18.

I tried on Squeeze with 3.5.13.1 and it works without problems.
Maybe it's because of the commit dfb75324.
Please can you try with v3.5.13-sru?

I confirm that commit dfb75324 has solved the problem.
So it is fixed in 3.5.13-sru.

Debian Squeeze: upgrading the package kwin-trinity to 3.5.13-1 solves the problem.
