By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I imagine these days most people use Konqueror primarily as a file manager and not a web browser. Regardless, when in file management mode and opening a new tab, the toolbar reverts to the default web browsing toolbar rather than remain as is for file management. The toolbar reverts back to file management when the new tab is populated with a directory, but there should be no toggling at all.

A new tab opens a void blank page, which is why the toolbar changes.
Perhaps worth opening a new tab to home folder rather than an empty website.
