By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

When building qt3/tqt3 from GIT, the pkgconfig file is installed to a non standard place:

${PREFIX}/lib/tqt3-R14.0.0/lib/pkgconfig/tqt-mt.pc

rather than

${PREFIX}/lib/pkgconfig/tqt-mt.pc

In the build script a sym link is needed to overcome this location:

mkdir -p $PKG${PREFIX}/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}/pkgconfig
cd $PKG${PREFIX}/lib${LIBDIRSUFFIX}/pkgconfig
  ln -sf ../$PRGNAM-$VERSION/lib/pkgconfig/qt-mt.pc .
cd -

The sym link should not be needed and qt3/tqt3 should install the file in a normally expected location.

This a build issue and was resolved by revising the build script.
