By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs

I am trying to upgrade KDE to 3.5.13, but dependencies are not met:
(Konsole is in Polish)

attempt to follow system advise, it means, command apt-get -f install gives result:

Indeed, I have also installed KDE4, which made me to move to Trinity DE.

This sounds like a temporary package list issue (possibly due to a recent source package upload waiting on build, high server load, etc.).  This type of problem should naturally resolve itself within a few days of initial observation.
