By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

During the renaming project, the web site URL of kdewebdev.org was converted to tdewebdev.org. There is no such web site.

Further, the kdewebdev.org web site ceased operation and no longer is available.

Many of these links can be converted to the Trinity URL, but many should be deleted.

Update the Quanta Plus Help menu

This patch removes the Help menu options for:

1) Quanta Homepage
2) User Mailing List
3) Make Donation

1) The original Quanta Plus web site no longer exists and selecting the menu option results in an error message.

2) The mailing list archives remain available, but seem out of place for the Trinity version of Quanta Plus. Current discussions revolve around a new version based on Qt4.

3) There is no respective current location to make donations to the Quanta Plus project. Retaining the menu option and changing the link to Trinity would be out of place because no other Trinity app contains that individual Help menu option. In all apps, supporting Trinity is performed through Help -> About Trinity -> Support Trinity.

This patch is only a nominal effort toward repairing the many tdewebdev.org links. :)

This resolves the bug report. :)
