I made a first attempt to provide a patch, but a basic search-and-replace causes breakage in KControl. :)

I'll try patching again, but I wanted to get this bug report filed so I don't forget.

More KControl branding issues.

In Sound & Multimedia/System Notifications, remove the "KDE" prefix from all event sources. They should be "TDE," but more importantly, the KDE/TDE is redundant and the prefix makes looking for those items more challenging. So just delete the prefix.
