By default, Bugzilla does not search the list of RESOLVED bugs.
You can force it to do so by putting the upper-case word ALL in front of your search query, e.g.: ALL tdelibs
We recommend searching for bugs this way, as you may discover that your bug has already been resolved and fixed in a later release.

I think there should be an option similar to "Connect when Internet connection is detected" in Kopete. This would be great for those of us who want Kopete loading at login since KNetworkManager (or whatever other program we use) doesn't connect instantly on some computers -- if Kopete is set to "Connect automatically on startup", it will complain that the host can't be found (at least for me using XMPP/Gtalk).
