I will help with updating these files. I wanted to file the bug report so I don't forget.

Some of these files are related to bug report 841.

Care must be taken not to blindly search and replace because that will affect other keys such as Categories=. In the long term I suspect we want to update the Categories= key in all *.desktop files from KDE to TDE, but I don't know what that will break without a full understanding of how all *.desktop files are used throughout the system. But for now, the Comments= keys can be updated from KDE to TDE.
